
PAYMENT POLICY
Medical services are provided and billed by the Hospital/Clinic. The hospital is approved for cashless medical services by the following TPAs.
If your TPA is not listed, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we will provide you with all the necessary papers, bills and receipt to that you can receive the reimbursements directly.
Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

PROCEDURE FOR CASHLESS HOSPITALIZATION
PROCESS OF CASHLESS HOSPITALIZATION
Your doctor recommends admission,

Establish contact with admission desk of the hospital & present your insurance card & a Photo I.D.
↓
Admission desk will advice you on how to proceed.
↓
A Preauthorization form needs to be duly filled by your doctor and you.
↓
The filled out form will be faxed to your TPA by the Insurance coordinator of the hospital.
↓
Once approved you can get admitted and undergo treatment without paying out of your pocket.
Preauthorization is effectively an undertaking by the Insurance provider / TPA to pay the medical bills on your behalf.
For cashless treatment, it is mandatory for the hospital to have an approval from your TPA or Insurance Company, even in case of Emergency Hospitalization. In case of delay while receiving the approval or when you cannot wait for receiving the approval owing to medical urgency, you can undertake the treatment by paying the necessary cash deposit and get reimbursement for the same.
